北京大学数字金融研究中心高级研究员、北京大学国家发展研究院副研究员、智库中心副主任，中国经济研究中心副主任。China Economic Journal共同主编。2011年获北京大学国家发展研究院中国经济研究中心经济学博士。

主要研究领域为金融改革、国际金融、数字金融与中国经济。曾在瑞典斯德哥尔摩经济学院从事博士后研究。在Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institution and Money (JIFMIM), International Review of Finance, Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics以及《中国社会科学》、《经济研究》、《经济学季刊》等中英文期刊发表论文多篇。与黄益平教授合著有《读懂中国金融：金融改革的经济学分析》。
